toller Garten mit großem, sehr gut gepflegtem Pool und schattigem Pavillon in absolut ruhiger und entspannender Lage auf dem Land. Das Haus selber hat einen besonderen Charme, kein 0815 Haus - uns hat’s bestens gefallen

Matratze(n) im Erdgeschosszimmer könnten mal ausgetauscht werden, sonst alles Bestens.

The welcome gifts were a nice bonus. The size of the rooms and the cleanness was outstanding. The Villa grounds were large and very private. The Swimming pool was exceptional with plenty of areas to sit out either in the sun or undercover. The security electric gates give an additional comfort, especially when away for the day. You are in walking distance (8 minutes) from one of the best restaurants (Oliu) in Andratx, as well as a Garden center that does fresh fruit & vegetables and even has a small cafe serving drinks and sandwiches. The main road (Ma-1) has a lit footpath going all the way into Andratx (about 30 minutes walk) or the other way to Port d'Andratx (in 35 minutes) We had an issue with the oven (not the owners fault) which was completely replaced within 24 hours, I cannot praise our hosts more. It's definitely a holiday to remember and the Villa was the 'Icing on the Cake'

There was nothing to dislike. But be careful of the approach road from the main Ma-1 road if you have a large vehicle, as it's very narrow. I would take Cami de Morella and come in from the North. Also due to all the lovely vegetation and the amazing swimming pool you do get a lot of mosquitos, so PLEASE make sure you have plenty of repellent, bite cream and even histamine tablets like Piriton.
