Apartment A5 is located on the ground floor and has its own terrace with seating. The apartment has an equipped kitchen with dining area and living room, one bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. In the yard there is a barbecue and a dining area. The price of renting an apartment or room includes the use of electricity, water, heating, air conditioning, wireless internet and parking, located next to the house. In the garden there is a large children's playground with swings and a sandpit. Volleyball and badminton courts are available.
