This is a hard review to write because some of the issues were outside the host’s control.
Good things: liked the location between Canmore and Banff; liked the ease of using fireplace; liked how close the hot tub was; liked the king sized bed.
Bad things: people above us stomped/ran/moved furniture into all hours of the night-called noise patrol several times but to no avail; extra bathrooms in community center were all out of order-this caused some dicey situations on a few days; the washer/dryer was in the community center and cost money-this was not clear in the listing.
Minor irritation: with only 1 bathroom, it would have been nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms, so we could get ready efficiently; had plenty of bath linens, but only 1 dish rag and towel; beach towels for the hot tub would be nice.
