Relais Casa Mirabile

Splendida location, stanze molto ampie e ben tenute, doccia da oscar, proprietario disponibile, molto ospitale e sempre presente, (capisco meno di arte) ma anche bella occasione di apprezzare numerose opere di autori internazionali e locali (Cascella), rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.

Siamo stati molto bene ma per il livello del posto mi permetto di suggerire dei margini di miglioramento: Personale affettuoso (ed in numero sufficiente) ma suggerirei un approccio piu' professionale ... durante la colazione c'era la fila per poter fare un caffe con la macchinetta automatica... dopo un bel pezzo si è capito che era meglio portarli in sala dalla cucina/bar; Zona piscina un po' trascurata; Presso l'area ristorante presente un singolo salottino (verde) dove rilassarsi (forse si considera solo l'area piscina...); Allestimento di piante e vasi piazzati "a caso" suggerirei uniformare la tipologia dei vasi del cortile (alcuni in ceramica decorata altri in plastica altri verdi in metallo... ) con piante e fiori come i gerani facili da curare e fioriti quasi sempre; Wifi non attivo in gran parte della struttura;

Very good hosts, made us feel really welcome. The food was fantastic. The interior of the House holds a beautiful Sicilian art collection. Ciao Manfredi!

The staff onsite prepared a delicious, multi-course dinner of regional Sicilian cuisine that was the single best meal we had in two weeks traveling around Sicily. quiet location, lovely gardens and large pool.

Tricky navigating to hotel as it is just off a major road but Google Maps couldn’t direct us. Verify driving directions which require exiting the main highway about a mile east of the property, then heading slightly south and mostly west through three roundabouts and crossing north underneath the main highway to get to the property. was wonderful place once we got there!

This is a remarkable place. It is beautifully decorated in a modern minimalist style but then has art every where. Even on the walk up to the beautiful pool there are sculptures in the garden. As with all art I loved some and was not so keen on others but overall it is a great experience. The breakfast was a buffet with tasty coffee and a good selection of cold meats, cheeses, breads/rolls, yoghurts, fruit and cakes. The evening meal showed off Sicilian food which we thoroughly enjoyed. The dining room was spacious and staff attentive. The property is in a secluded farming location. It is however close to a main road. In case you are concerned, we had no problem with traffic noise. The rooms face out the back and are well soundproofed. Even at the pool I did not notice anything. Loved it.

Only 2 minor ones. I would have preferred to have had some brighter bedside lighting in the bedroom for reading. It was not clear that at dinner the dessert was additional to the 30 euro cost of the dinner.
