Emerald House- Apartment in Central Albufeira

The apartment had all appliances including a washing machine. The drying of the laundry was done on a unique washing line on the balcony, which is good when the sun is shining, however during our stay, we had unfortunate larger rain and wind storms, which made it more difficult, but it still worked. We were most of the time lucky enough to get a parking spot in front of the apartment building.

The location of the apartment is not necessary in the best neighborhood, as nearby homeless people camped out (near the larger grocery store). In addition the upstairs neighbors made a fair amount of noise throughout the night, which depleted our sleep. In general we noticed compared to our last visit to Albufeira (7 years ago) that this city has more refugees and homeless people, which makes this vacation spot a place to reconsider.

It was very clean and had a bunch of utilities! The bathroom was big and nice as the kitchen/livingroom and the bedroom. Very recommendable!

I highly recommend this apartment as a place to stay. I was really impressed with organization of everything. To my arrival everything was ready - keys, water in the frige, house is very clean and nicely designed. You have absolutely everything what you can need - big TV, kitchen stuff, iron, even umbrella for sun on the balcony. Bathroom has a shower cabine with good water pressure. 2 balconies, one has sun at first part of the day, another - at second. Good building, parking place under thr windows. Apartment is located in the center, in 100 meters from supermarket Pingo Doce and very near to Continente. Very comfortable for shopping and cooking at home.

A bit far from the ocean, around 15-20 min by walk.
