Family vacation for extended family ranging in age from 5 to 77. Walkable to Kemah Boardwalk where kids had a blast on the rides. Pool and hot tub were also a big hit back at the house. Big table for family meals together and game time was great. Mandy, the host, was very responsive when we alerted her that the toaster wasn’t working. Ability to use the garage for 2 of our cars was a plus. The only downside is there are several stairs to have to climb to reach the main level of the home. However the huge porch facing the bay is perfect place to sit and visit while enjoying the view simultaneously! This is the place to be at 9:30 pm on Friday nights to watch the fireworks in the bay.This is our 2nd year to rent this beautiful home and we hope to come back again!

Our first time staying at this beautiful home and hopefully it won’t be our last. We felt incredibly at home and appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality of our host.Well stocked kitchen and the amount of towels provided throughout the house was wonderful. It was just the husband and I most of the stay but we did have another couple for a few nights. Plenty of room for the 4 of us and it would definitely work for a larger group.Thank you for sharing your amazing home with us and we hope to see you again soon!

We loved this house. It was well equipped with all the amenities you will need even think you need. It is close enough walk to all the kemah attractions and right on the water. It was a bit windy that weekend so hard to catch alot of fish but not by fault of the owners. The communication was very clear, check in was a breeze and house was amazingly clean.

Ten ladies who are in a birthday group together and have been friends for over 25 years stayed a few days in this perfect house last week and enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the beautiful view from the porch and the deck near the pool, wonderfully accommodating kitchen, large living room, where we all gathered to chat-the great Dining room table for meals and card games and had so much space Even with such a big group. The house was immaculate. Every need was met And we all agreed it was one of our best times together ever! We will come again! Highly recommend

From stepping foot in the door and taking in the unbelievable gulf view, I knew we had selected the perfect property! The inside of the house is impeccably clean and organized with all the supplies that you may need. The decor is beautiful with high-end touches throughout. The master suite was amazing with breathtaking views! My family loved spending time hanging at the beautiful pool and fishing from the dock. The host was very helpful, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions that I had. It is located near a plethora of restaurants, stores, and in walking distance to the Kemah Boardwalk. We are already planning our next visit!

Our family enjoyed time together in this beautiful house overlooking Galveston Bay. Even though tropical storm, Alberto, caused a lot of rain for a couple of days we still had a great time! The house is well appointed with everything you need and exceptionally clean. Friday nights there are fireworks in the bay and you are perfectly positioned to watch from the covered porch on the second level. Having a garage for 2 of our cars was an added bonus. Mandy is easy to communicate with and quick to respond if you need to ask a question. We hope to stay here again next year!

I had my kids, grandkids and my great grandson all meet at this house for a big family vacation together and it was so awesome. The house was perfect for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the view of the bay, the pool and hot tub and all the wonderful things the area has to offer. It was truly the perfect house in the perfect location! Loved it!

The location of this property on the Bay was FANTASTIC. We enjoyed our coffee on the porch overlooking the water every morning. The breeze, the sounds of the gulls. It was great. We also got to see several sunrises which were beautiful. The kids loved the pool which is larger than it appears in the pictures. Easy walking distance to several restaurants,coffee shops and bars if you want to grab a cocktail. Also a short 5 min stroll down to the boardwalk area. Area felt safe. We had ages 7 to 75. Everyone agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat. House was very clean. Grocery options very close (driving). Also a quick drive over to visit Johnson Space Center. Did a day in Galveston with an e-bike tour which was super fun too.

We took our 9 and 6 year old on spring break and stayed in this wonderful home. The huge was clean and well stocked with pots and pans, paper towels, bath and poop towels, garbage bags, the works. The home is a short walk to multiple restaurants and bars, as well as the very fun boardwalk. There are many activities within a short drive, NASA, History Museum, Houston Aquarium, Children’s Musuem and our favorite, the annual Houston Rodeo. Our kids used the pool many times which the owners give you access to control the temperature. Mom and dad enjoyed the hot tub too. Overall we had a great stay and were comfortable the entire time.

Met in Texas for a family reunion and stayed with my adult children and one grandchild. Perfect location few blocks from the boardwalk and lots of space. Interior well appointed and beds very comfortable. The deck over looking the bay was a perfect place to start and end the day. House exterior needs some loving, but waterfront property is tough. Overall we all loved it and I would definitely return!

Our family had amazing time in the hot tub & pool. Sitting on the balcony every morning & night was so relaxing! Walking distance to many local eateries. Had a couple things come up but communicated & addressed quickly!! Was surprised there was no inside stair access to lower level, but it worked well with our group. This beautiful home was perfect for our group getaway. Everything about the rental was easy and convenient. So much space for our group of 8 adults. I really appreciated the luxury linens and toiletries provided. The pool/ outdoor area has plenty of shade during the heat of the day. We will be back!

The house was beautiful with a view of the gulf and a pool so it never got old. The property is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and the board walk so it provided a lot of options to explore. There were also multiple grocery stores within a few minutes of the house so stocking up on essentials was easy. Mandy was incredibly responsive and very accommodating making the process really easy and stress-free. We do a vacation every year with extended family and when coordinating everyone, it is very hard to find a home that works for even half the group. This home checked a lot of boxes for everyone in the family. The location allowed for a day trip to NASA and then another trip to the Galveston Bay to fish. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to have a beautiful home and location to gather with loved ones. Thanks, Mandy for creating such a memorable experience!

Plenty of space for all of us, pool, hot tub, dock for fishing, takeout food places close by, the boardwalk 6 blocks away, amusement park, quiet lovely quiet mornings to view the sunrise! A wonderful place to enjoy our families!!! Plenty of parking..and Mandy was easily accessible! Would suggest you bring your own beach towels as it’s a shame to use the ones they have!! Our family enjoyed Mandy’s beautiful home. We loved relaxing by the pool and hot tub. Fishing was great at the end of the dock. The convenience of being able to walk to restaurants and the Boardwalk was a plus. Going to Cool Cow Creamery almost every day was a highlight for the grandchildren. This is a gorgeous home with great views, that is accurately portrayed in Vrbo. On top of that, the owner decorated the house wonderfully for Christmas. There was only one minor issue, the master bathroom shower caused a minor leak from the kitchen ceiling. I let the Mandy the owner know right away and she planned to get the plumber there ASAP. Given how responsive Mandy was to communications, I believe she would be responsible and resolve the issue but we left shortly after, so really can't say for sure.
