Cocoonr is offering this lovely, refurbished flat for rent, just 80 metres from the beach – the ideal base for your stay in the Gulf of Morbihan. This duplex flat comprises a lovely, tastefully decorated living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, one shower room and two separate toilets. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy sunny days in complete tranquillity. With Wi-Fi, fibre-optic broadband, bed linen and towels provided, and a private parking space, all you need to do is drop off your bags and enjoy your stay!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
The flat is situated on the 1st floor of a small block of flats, accessible via stairs. With a floor area of approximately 60 m², this duplex flat is laid out as follows:
- A bright living room with a lounge area (Netflix, Amazon Prime), a dining table for 6 people and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, electric kettle, etc.).
- A large, south-facing balcony of 20 m²
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A separate shower room and toilet.
Upstairs
- One bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200)
- One bedroom with a double sofa bed (140x190) with a new mattress.
- Separate toilet
The flat is situated in a residential neighbourhood, 80 metres from the beach and the water sports centre.
There are plenty of shops nearby: food shops, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, clothes shops, tobacconists and newsagents, etc.
Activities
- Sports, cycling and water sports, walking, running, pétanque, surfing, boating, etc.
- Traditional market every Saturday morning, plus Tuesday mornings during the summer season, and a craft market on Wednesday evenings in the summer.
- Fête de la Mer in Pénerf (every year in August).
- Damgan Triathlon (every year in June).
You can do practically everything on foot: the beach is 80 metres away and Damgan town centre is 150 metres away.
Transport:
If you’re coming by car, you can park in the flat’s private car park.
- To get around during your stay, you can hire bikes in the town centre.

Appartement très fonctionnel, très bien équipé, propre avec une literie très confortable. Bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville de Damgan. Nous avons apprécié également la proximité de la plage.

Juste dommage que par rapport aux photos du site on avait pas la vue sur la mer, sinon très bien achalandé, confortable, lumineux
