Modern, sunny duplex apartment, located a 200-meter walk from the seawall and the beach. The living area, with large windows, opens onto the front yard, which extends to the back.
Garden furniture provided.
The living area consists of two levels: a sitting area downstairs and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area upstairs, plus an extra refrigerator for chilling drinks.
Two full bedrooms with double beds (160x200) and spacious closets—one on the first floor and one on the first floor. Downstairs, there is also a single bedroom.
A sleeper sofa is available in the living room (140 x 200) for two people.
On the first floor, there is a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A separate toilet is located next to the kitchen.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Christels appartment with 3 adults and two 3-year olds. The appartment is designed in a personal way with lots of love. The kitchen is equipped with everything and more - in the living room and the garden the kids had lot fun playing around.
We can recommend the appartment 100% and the communication with Christel was also wonderful - everything went smooth and easy.

Our Holiday in this Apartment was perfect.
The Location is unbeatable. Just a 1 Minute Walk to the very nice beach and restaurants. Also to the tram & supermarket ist is 5 minutes to go.
The Apartment is very well equipped with everything you need.
It is very comfortable to host a family with 2 children.
The comunication before arrival and the Check in was very helpful & uncomplicated.

3 Wochen nach unserer Abreise behauptet die Eigentümerin, wir hätten 2 Türklinken heraus gerissen und stellt uns 30,- € Reparaturkosten in Rechnung. Weder Fotos der angeblichen Beschädigung noch Reparaturrechnungen haben wir erhalten.
Wir sind 2 ältere Ehepaare und reißen keine Türklinken aus den Türen. Wir haben die Wohnung ohne jede Beschädigung verlassen.
Reparaturkosten von 15 € zu fordern, ohne Fotos und Rechnungen vorzulegen, ist bei dem sehr hohen Mietpreis ausgesprochen ärgerlich.
