The information about how to access the property was clear. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and well located.

The clock in the kitchen needs a battery and the towel holder in the bathroom next to the sink appeared to be a little loose. Because of the nature of my visit, I didn’t have chance to say anything and it didn’t affect my enjoyment of the stay in the apartment.

The property was absolutely outstanding. The location, facilities, cleanliness and value for money .

Communication about how to access the property wasn't terribly clear, and the people in the adjacent flat had similar problems working out how to use the door codes. I appreciate the flat needs to be kept secure, but it would have been helpful to know in advance we wouldn't get the access code until the day of check-in. That said, when I enquired, the hosts responded by email with instructions very quickly and clearly. It was warm the weekend we stayed. It took a while to work out the AC unit system. A quick how-to instruction sheet would be helpful. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. For people staying longer and self-catering however it could be better equipped re utensils. Eg we had no colander or sieve to drain rice/pasta, and only cutlery, cups, glasses, plates etc for the 4 of us, so lots of washing up rather than filling the dishwasher. Only 2 bath towels for 4 of us. Not enough, but we managed as we were only there for 2 nights. I suspect this was an oversight, but the hosts may want to check there are adequate towels provided for the number of people staying. Despite the above, the apartment was incredibly clean, in a great location and had easy parking. Thank-you. It was ideal for our needs.

Beautiful flat in a great location in the centre of Newry. Big balcony overlooking the canal. Right next to shops, restaurants & bus station. Spotless with everything you'd need. There was even some mini bottles of wine for us along with the tea, coffee and water. Easy to check in with the code.

Lift in the building was really slow. Quicker to walk up the stairs

The property is beautiful! Well-kept and beautifully designed. They were very responsive, especially Grace who attended to all our queries with urgency. Located in central part of Newry with lots near restaurants and supermarkets. It was also near the bus stop.

It was central to the town and no need for the car. There was 2 large bedrooms with a big kitchen and dining area. The balcony had a nice view of the area.

If I could give it 10 stars I would, Check in was great, communication with the staff was excellent! Location was perfect, close to pub's, bars, restaurants, shopping centres, bus station a 20 second walk away.. Now The apartment.. well what can I say.. WOW!!! Absolutely stunning!! Spotless clean (I mean immaculate) fresh, decor was beautiful, so cosy and homely.. Livingroom/kitchen was just perfect and comfortable, 2 beautifully decorated bedrooms with tv's, remote control blinds.. Air con in living area and both bedrooms (perfect because it was very warm) We spent 3 nights here for my husbands birthday and it was absolutely amazing.. The 2 wee bottles of prosecco was a lovely wee touch (Thank you Julie-Ann 😊) What a weekend! Would 100% stay here again 😊😊

Very modern and a well appointed apartment in a great location.

The central heating system didn’t function properly and it took too long to resolve this issue. The additional charges for two people staying in the 2 bedroom apartment and using both bedrooms were excessive.

No other apartments were occupied so it was a bit daunting being alone in a large building.

Apartment was immaculate and exceptionally clean with high standard beds and fixtures. Very central with shops and coffee shops within easy walking distance. Also nice walk alongside the canal right in front of the premises.

Location was a little noisy at night due to nearby bar. The apartment could do with the addition of a coffee table in the lounge area to set cups, glasses, books on.
