Lake Ozark Condo w/ Lake View + Boat Rental Option

** THE PROPERTY **

This is a very clean and newly remodeled condo at the Lake of the Ozarks. This property is great for any type of vacation for a group of up to 6 guests. This condo has two bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with laundry.

Both bedrooms have queen size beds. Master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with a view out onto the lake. Master also has a walk-in closet. Master also has a 40" Smart Roku TV with Cable. Living room has a comfy sectional that has a pull out into full size bed along with a 55" 4k UHD Smart Roku TV with DVD player and Cable. Kitchen has oven and stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, conventional coffee maker and full assortment of cooking utensils. The outdoor patio has a gas grill and patio furniture to enjoy overlooking the adjacent cove. Also provided in this unit is a full size washer and dryer.

We offer all guests the opportunity a separate rental for our 25 ft Manitou Aurora Tritoon with a licensed captain. We will provide/hire a licensed captain for your convenience. The captain is well knowledgeable of the lake and takes very good care of all my guests and allows them to have a fun and relaxing boat ride. The boat is a 25’ Manitou Tritoon with 200 hp engine. It’s almost brand new and I provide all safety equipment needed. I also provide noodles and saddles to float if you choose to anchor off in a cove. The boat comes equipped with a very nice bluetooth stereo, fish finder and bimini. Message for more details.

Parking is available right out front of the condominium. Boat and trailer parking is prohibited in all parking lot areas. Access to the condo is from the parking lot up a short flight of stairs (6 steps) onto front patio area, first door to the left. Boat launch and trailer parking is available nearby.
