About this villa rental
Recently renovated with high standard requirements, our modern designed villa is located in a complex with ideal location since it is 5 minutes away from Paraga beach and Agia Anna bay but also from Psarou beach and town center since it is in Lino which is in the middle of these areas. This gives a unique advantage to the villa since it is close to the most vibrant areas of the island.
Its architecture is minimal emphasizing the simplicity and beauty of the Cycladic islands. The interior is cozy and decorated with pristine, and tastefully appointed,
comfortable furniture and artwork. The large windows, allow plenty of light to come in every room and offer a unique view no matter in which room of theVillas you are.
Entering the villa you find a fully equipped kitchen,dining area and a spacious living room with a couch for 8 persons, a bathroom with shower and a wooden deck with the first double bed. Turning left, you find the hall which leads to twobedrooms with comfortable queen beds. Rooms are comfortably spacious and tastefully furnished in a bright, minimalist style,incorporating white walls and ceilings with traditional features of Cycladic architecture, making this Villa a top choice for those who seek the best fromtraditional and modern design. Each bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower.
Exterior:
There is a private outdoor area with a rich garden and sea view that has a lounge area, an outdoor dining table for 6 people with sofa and chairs, a barbeque and a private 6 x 3 m pool! At the common outdoor area of the complex, there is a big shared pool of 15 x 6 m with sun beds where you can enjoy sunsets and amazing views.

The property was exactly as listed and the host was very helpful and generous, with immediate responses to any questions. Garden was sheltered from the wind and the pool was perfect. Cleaner was great and popped in to clean any time we were out. Would definitely go again.

Had a very enjoyable two week stay. Communication with property managers was great. They provided lots of useful information prior to visit. Although did not need to contact them as had no issues, I know they would have been very responsive. Cleaning lady came daily and did a very nice job. Property is private and clean. Pool is on smaller side, but it is nice and deep and clean. My only small callout would be too have some hand towels and washcloths available.

We planned a trip to Greece for my daughter’s college graduation. This villa on Mykonos was such a beautiful gem in a perfect location. Everything was seamless and we had a beautiful time that we will never forget. We hope to return soon!

My wife and I and our 4 children could not have loved our stay any more. The villa was absolutely lovely and perfect for our family. There was plenty of space for all 6 of us with privacy and just a perfect back yard/patio to relax on when we didn't want to be at the pool. The shared pool was perfection for the children with a lovely view of the small town that we could walk to easily. This was the perfect way to finish our long vacation. Theodore was kind and gracious and available for anything we needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
