This is a private island in the middle of the barren river in Everglades City Florida it has a concierge to take you to and from the island on a private pontoon boat you have parking for your vehicle on the mainland and you have a private boat slip on the island the island includes a clubhouse and swimming pool and small gym also there is excellent fishing off the island There is plenty to do because you are located in the heart of the Florida Everglades you can go for airboat ride kayak tours manatee tours alligator hunting fishing there is also shark fishing right off the dock **** there is a 30.00 a person over 18 charge foe a background check required also it’sa 10 day minimum rental

My wife and I had a fantastic time staying in Everglades City. The home was amazing, and gave us great access to amazing fishing and fun. We are sure to come back.
