Ski-In Area Apartment with Ski Bus

Place was even nicer than on the photos. Spacious, clean and quiet. There is everything a family might need.

I had no idea how or where to collect the keys. My family was waiting for over an hour in the car, with no one to be reached on the telephone numbers that were provided, and those who we did reach, were not of help at all. We were lucky to meet the cleaners (from other apartments) just before they left and they showed us where is the location to collect the keys. Instructions must be made better for future guests. When we finally got in the apartment, it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, which we could not get rid of for whole duration of our stay.

Nice apartment, very clean, nice location

The owner could not be reached. When we arrived we should have had a code for the locker but we didn't. If it wasn't for the guy who cleaned the other apartments we wouldn't have been able to enter the apartment. No one picked up the phone. The sauna was not open, eventhough it was marked in the booking. Absolutely dreadful customer service.

Mooi appartement

De sleutel was bij aankomst niet aanwezig en de kamer was niet schoongemaakt bij aankomst. De bedden waren niet afgehaald en er lag nog geen schoon beddengoed en handdoeken. Pas om 23.15 uur in de nacht waren de schoonmaaksters aanwezig om het appartement schoon te maken.
