La proximité du centre.
Il faisait trés chaud dans le studio et pas de clim ni ventilateur, impossible de laisser la fenêtre ouverte car le.studio est en rdc et donc rue passante de plus dès qu'on ouvrait la fenêtre on a eu pleins de mouches. Très peu de vaisselles ou ustensiles. Le linge est payant mais au moins vous pourriez fournir un torchon pour la vaisselle et une serpillière pour nettoyer le sol. Il y a juste une placard sous l'évier et une petite penderie. La porte de douche ne se ferme pas entièrement donc de l'eau pleins la salle de bains. Il y avait beaucoup d'humidité dans la salle de bains.
