This cozy and comfortable rental is in terrific location in the center of Banja Luka close to all amenities imaginable (DM, groceries, shopping, Mexican food, wood-fired burek, Moj Market, more than one Fabrika), and the view of Ferhadija Džamija and green hills while drinking morning coffee was a treat. Jana is a lovely and responsive host and we would definitely return.

The host was very kind and accommodating—she waited for us even though we were running a bit late. The location is excellent, practically in the city center, and the price is very reasonable. Although the building is a bit older, the apartment itself has been renovated and is clean, functional, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The only downside was the sound insulation. We could hear some noise from the plumbing when neighbors used the sink or tap, but fortunately, it didn’t happen during the night and didn’t disturb our sleep.

Top location, walking distance from main attractions. Host was exceptional. Welcome coffee, beer, juice. Clean apartment, warm, with air conditioner.

The apartmant was great and everything about it. But, and it is a big but, when we arrived after 5 hours of driving, the host told us that there are some construction works and there is no water everyday since 7.a.m. When she left it turned out there already wasn't any water. When we left tomorrow, water never arrived, and that was a huge problem for us. We couldn't use a bathroom and we were on our way to recieve award in Ljubljana and couldn't wash our hair. Also we think she should have told us earlier that there isn't any water every day and we would decide if we will stay there. Thus this information was shared with us when we arrived and we had no choice but to stay there.
