The excellent location of this extremely comfortable apartment with the discreet personal touch of Phil & Kay made this a perfect trip to Brighton.

We only stayed for two nights in this roomy suite (one full day).
It worked well for our family of three (two adults and one teenager).
Phil was available and accommodating.

Phill & Kay are great hosts very accommodating
Attention to detail first class.
Complimentary Prosecco beer & chocolates with also a pantry fully stocked was very unexpected & very thoughtful.
Would highly recommend this lovely apartment.
