The location, the space.

No air conditioning on the ground floor.

The view was absolutely stunning. The location is right on Nirvana and it’s only a few steps to the donkey bar overlooking the bay. It’s a spacious two-floor apartment.

When we arrived we noticed a bad smell, informed our host (whom we never met) and he remediated it. For the price we paid I would have nevertheless expected there to be a check before so that we didn’t have to call it out. The upstairs bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom and if you needed to use the bathroom during the night, turning on the lights in the bathroom would wake everyone in the bedroom due to a lack of a roof/cover of the bathroom, which also means that there is zero insulation between bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen contained dated utensils which didn’t really add to the charm but rather led to irritation. The sink was uneven so water wouldn’t drain properly.

Το κατάλυμα έχει εξαιρετική τοποθεσία σε σχέση με το κέντρο της Σκοπέλου καθώς είναι κοντά σε όλα . Είναι ιδανικό για παρέες αλλά και βολικό για μια τετραμελή οικογένεια! Ο δρόμος από το λιμάνι στη χώρα μέχρι το σπίτι με τα πόδια είναι μόλις στα 10-14 λεπτά ! Βέβαια όπως και σε όλη τη σκιαθο ο δρόμος έχει σκαλοπάτια για να πας ! Το δωμάτιο είναι παραδοσιακό μέσα και με πολύ ωραία θέα ! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Η κυρία Σουλα εξυπηρετική και πολύ ευγενική !!!

Ίσως να χρειαζόταν εκτός από το κλιματιστικό του πάνω ορόφου και έναν ανεμιστήρα ή κλιματιστικό στον κάτω όροφο !

Nous avons mis une heure pour trouver, par hasard, la personne chargée de nous renettre kes clés alors que nous avions téléphoné et envoyé des mels plusieurs fois aux propriétaires qui n'ont jamais répondu. Nous n'avions pas le numéro de téléphone de la personne, par ailleurs sympathique, qui nous a ouvert le logement. De plus une fuite d'eau dans la cuisine.
