Cosy 2 bedroom apartment with garden is perfectly located for easy access to all of London's attractions. Great for families and workers.
On the ground floor there is a living room, 2 bedrooms , kitchen & bathroom.
This apartment is a cosy functional 2 bedroom apartment with a double bedroom & a single size bedroom with bunk bed. It can accommodate up to maximum of 5 people but does not have a generosity of extra space that can be used to entertain further guests like some of our other apartments.
5 people is the absolute maximum for a family that includes some small children or 4 is the maximum if separate adults.
It is priced accordingly and hence is something that we would emphasize to all guests when booking apartments.. We have other larger apartments that can cater for 5 or 6 people as well. Some have larger bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, etc and they too are priced accordingly.

Das Appartment befindet sich in einem typischen englischen Reihenhaus mit den Baulichen Besonderheiten über die man sich vorher keine Gedanken macht: dünne Wände und einfache Verglasung.
Wir waren 14 Tage dort und haben jedes Geräusch unserer direkten Nachbarn sowie der über uns wohnenden Familie gehört: Fernseher, Gespräche, das laufen von 4 Kindern über uns, das gekeife der genervten Nachbarin und das nächtliche Schnarchen.
Die Lage war für die tägliche Reise in die Innenstadt gut, jeweils 15 Minuten zu Fuß nach Wolthamstow oder Blackhorse Station, 20 Minuten mit der victorialine in die City
Der kleine Garten mit seinem Kunstrasen ist ungepflegt, aber entschädigt als kleiner Ruhepunkt für einen Tee oder ein Bier an frischer Luft.
Die küchenausstattung ist dürftig, es fehlt an allem, außer an Besteck :-)
Alle Elektrogeräte haben funktioniert.
Im Bad gibt es keine Haken, um die Handtücher aufzuhängen.
Es gibt eine Dusche in einer Badewanne, ohne Haltegriffe oder Antirutschmatte
Im Schlafzimmer gibt es nur einen Nachttisch und keine Nachttischlampen, die Matratze ist schon älter.
Fazit: Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, in einer guten Entfernung zur Innenstadt, aber viel zu teuer.
