This elegant, one-bedroom condominium strikes the perfect balance between a private, luxurious beach house and central Sandestin resort living. You’ll have effortless access to a sparkling swimming pool, a sandy beach, miles of trails to explore, and all the delicious dining and shopping you can handle.

The SeaBlue condo in Elations is beautiful, bright, and classic— and bathed in sandy neutrals and calming blues that reflect the soothing coastal location. A comfy sofa— which is also a pull-out bed— and armchair face a large flatscreen television and create a perfect space to curl up with your favorite TV show or a great movie. Large windows allow the dappled Florida sunshine to pour in and frame the views of the swaying palm trees.
A rustic dining table with seating for four leads into the open kitchen. A peninsula bar has additional casual seating. Bright white cabinets, appliances, and quartz countertops create a luxe, pristine workspace that’s fully equipped to brew the morning coffee, pour some happy hour cocktails, or prepare a full dinner. Through a glass door is your sun-kissed private patio with comfy, plush lounge chairs.
In the one bedroom, a luxe, king-size bed faces a flatscreen television while bright, natural light floods the room. There’s plenty of dresser space and closet space for unpacking. In the bathroom, there’s a tub/shower combo and a custom vanity with double vessel sinks. The condo also has a stackable washer and dryer.
Elation is the newest edition to the premier Sandestin resort and is located only steps away from the sparkling, lagoon-shaped resort pool with beach access. Spend your peaceful days swimming, sunning, reading, or simply relaxing in the shade of a palm tree. Golfers will rejoice at the sheer variety of different courses nearby, and tennis players will love the clay courts.
A short stroll or a ride in your golf cart will bring you to the Village of Baytowne and an endless array of delicious dining, casual cafes, art galleries, and eclectic shopping.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire condominium, resort swimming pool, spa hot tub, beach access point, and golf cart.
You’ll have use of a cooler beach wagon, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and a few beach chairs.

Our home is a great match for guests who are excited to treat it with care! Please read our house rules to make sure our place is a great fit for your group, and if you have any questions, just let me know. Gorgeous pool and hot tub just steps away, ideally set up for families to share space.
The extra amenties are not required, but if you decide you would like to enjoy any of the amenties, the FEES are not due till two months before your stay
Golf cart fee -$300 per week
Golf cart fee -$200 for less than 3 days.
i have purchased a special membership that allows the use of an underground golf cart tunnel to the beach access (by the beach house), and, once inside the gate, further upclose beach parking is available. A special code is given.
Check-in time - 4 pm
Check-out time is 10 am.
The condo is supplied and is fully stocked with everything you need, like crock pots, large pans, and coffee makers.
You will also be supplied with a one-day starter supply of paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, toilet paper, coffee pods, trash bags, and tide pods for your convenience.
4 pools, hot tub, beach, golf cart(additional fee) shopping, and restaurants. Golf and tennis are available, and additional fees apply.

We stayed for a week and the Condo was great and Laura’s communication was very thorough and timely. If you want to enjoy all that Baytown Wharf has to offer, the location is perfect and having the golf cart to go to the beach is an added benefit. We would definitely consider renting her condo again!

Condo has everything you will need for your trip. Beautifully decorated by owner. Size & layout of condo makes it very comfy with plush linens. My husband liked that the laundry chute didnt smell walking by the door or disposing trash. Don't pass this condo up. Thanks, Laura.
