About this house rental
Large rooms and beautiful views of the New River. Waterfront with access located minutes from Topsail Island beaches. Comfortably sleeps 8-10 with 3 bedrooms and a large sleeper sofa with 3 full baths. Huge screened porch perfect for morning coffee with sunrise and evening cocktails with sunset. Access to the water. Plenty of room outside for patio grilling. Inflatable floats and gentle current make the water great for playing and sun. 1/4 mile from fresh caught seafood houses, restaurants and boat access.

Wonderful home away from home. This is not your typical Vrbo. It feels like home in all the best ways. It is bigger than expected. Plenty of room for a big family to spread out and come together. Very clean and well maintained. With plenty of linens, towels, dishes, and utensils. The property is beautiful. I loved each morning spent sipping coffee on the back deck overlooking the water. We look forward to visiting again.

The home is very clean, large and has the best view of the water. There are kayaks and inflatables in the garage and a two car garage that can be used and two fridge freezers in the garage, a large seafood boil pot and boiler. In the back nesr the water there is a nice gas grill on a patio with seating and umbrellas. Full kitchen nicely amended and tvs in every room. The owner Mike is a very decent and nice man who actually cares about your stay and your comfort. Stay here if you can and have a fantastic time!!!

This is our third family vacation and we love the warm welcoming atmosphere of the home and surrounding area! There are so many extras with this property that if something was forgotten, it is probably there for your use! Great place!!
