zadbane mieszkanie, blisko do centrum i sklepów bogate wyposażenie, prawdziwy internet sieciowy
w zasadzie to nic, jedynie balkon nie jest do końca prawdziwym balkonem, jest to tzw. balkon wewnętrzny, zabudowany, przez to okna z sypialni nie wychodzą na zewnątrz , nie jest to wina właściciela, tak po prostu budowano w PRL

Mało wyposażenia kuchni, brak gąbki do mycia naczyń, zbyt mała ilość papieru toaletowego. Taka wersja bardzo podstawowa.
