Very nice beach side apartment. We were high in the structure and had a great gulf side view. Beds were comfortable, view was great and location was right on for all that Destin has to offer.

Other than parking, the whole place was great. The store and restaurant on site are excellent.

Beautifully decorated, clean unit. Nice view of the beach.BUT…..*The bedroom window is across from the rear of the elevators and these elevators are very old so when in use it makes horrible noise keeping us up late and waking up with the early birds. Restless night for sure.*Hallway to the unit has super ugly, smelly, dirty carpets.*lots of workers working on different areas of the building.
