Host was responsive when we had questions. Location is convenient to Venice Beach, Santa Monica and downtown LA.

Positives: clean, spacious, good shower, good fridge, dishwasher, comfortable beds, parking.
Negatives: no air conditioning. Very noisy ( can hear neighbors talk, play music, watch TV, some at 3am and 4am!).
