Locatia foarte ingrijita, spatioasa, foarte potrivita familiilor avand o bucatarie bine dotata.

Curtea este ferită de zgomotul străzii principale. In curte exista gazon, pomi, terasa, gratar. Pe terasa exista chiar si un balansoar unde sa te relaxezi. In interior, apartamentul este dotat cu tot ce ti-ai putea dori: bucatarie complet utilata, baie cu dus si sertare mari unde iti poți depozita lucrurile.
Este putin cam departe de plaja. Depinzi practic de masina personala. Pentru noi nu a fost o mare problema.
