Guest Access:
The main level of the home has a half bathroom, a front room, living room with comfortable couches, a mud room with hanging hooks and cubbies, and an oversized kitchen with a spacious dining table that can seat up to 8, with a kitchen island bar that can seat 3, and an additional bar seating area behind the living room couch that can seat 4, with additional bar stools in the living room for extra seating. There is plenty of room for a big group to pull up a chair for meals or game night around the table.

In the basement there is the 5th bedroom, with a California king sized bed and access to a full bathroom. The most popular feature of the home is an incredible playroom set up for children within the basement with a built in slide, rock climbing wall with padding underneath, a nerf gun wall, play kitchen, and a variety of children’s toys. The spacious carpeted playroom doubles down as a movie theater with plenty of bean bag seating and couches for a group to pile in and enjoy a relaxing evening in. Enjoy making a buttery batch of fresh popcorn with a popcorn machine downstairs.

Location: It is a multi-level home in a quiet neighborhood overlooking safe and beautiful Madison county. It’s located one block over from the breathtaking view of the bright white Rexburg Temple and within 1 mile distance of Brigham Young University College of Idaho, previously known as Ricks College, both belonging to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. You can see the LDS temple as a beautiful view from the master bedroom window and also the living room.

Sights: Whether you’re well acquainted or just now being introduced to this LDS community, both places within this area provide some beautiful views accompanied by feelings of sweet peace. On campus at BYU-Idaho, there is a focal point for visitors and travelers to explore called the Thomas E. Ricks Horticulture Demonstration Gardens. This garden has grown on the south side of campus into a 10 acre garden, now known as one of the finest show gardens within the western US.

The gardens are filled with gazebos, ponds, waterfalls, picnic areas, room for studying and relaxing for students and passerby visitors. Memorable events, gatherings, wedding receptions, company parties and family reunions can be scheduled at the Thomas E Ricks gardens which is a great option for any of our guests coming into town with something in mind to celebrate or gather for. Parking: You’ll have access to park in the driveway, with additional parking on the street if needed. IN WINTER: Drive way and garage parking only. Do not park on street.

Access: Reserving this private home comes with full access to everything on the nearly 3,600 square foot property. The home, the yard, the driveway and street for parking, fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer combo, laundering room with washer, dryer and ironing equipment, detergent provided, TVs, fireplace, AC and heater and more. We are certain you’ll feel right at home. The garage is not available for use or parking at this time.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$50 for 1 dog

$100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
