Cozy Cottage 2Br/1Ba in a private, tranquil setting. Dog friendly (with fee and approval). Perfect winter getaway. Master king bedroom with TV. Queen bedroom with TV. Large garden tub and separate oversized shower. Open area concept: kitchen, dining and living space. Use of shared fenced in back yard. Use of your own driveway. Very tranquil setting. Minutes from Jackie Robinson Training Complex, Ocean & Indian River. Half hour from Headwaters Lake, Fellsmere. Quiet, country setting yet close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. HOUSE RULES:
Guests agree to the following HOUSE RULES prior to booking:
-Minimum age requirement is 25 years old for renting.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. (2 car occupancy)
-This home is strictly a NON SMOKING home. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping is allowed inside of home.
Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and butts must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-This is a very quiet family neighborhood: no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-No yelling, fights or disputes tolerated.
-Excessive trash pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch and / or air mattress if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately to host.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
Dogs:
- Must disclose at booking if you have a dog, size and breed.
- Non-disclosure of dog will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-$50 per dog fee is required.
-House trained dog ok, with approval (Up to 20 lbs) No cats.
-Pets are not allowed on any furniture.
-Dog waste must be cleaned from the yard and disposed of in outdoor trash can.
-No excessive barking.
-Dogs must be on a leash and supervised at all times when outside.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Wonderful place to stay. Very well stocked, right down to the bowls for your puppy. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Hosts very attentive. Snacks and waters there after a day of travel. Super clean! Will definitely stay again .

Loved everything about the cottage. Robyn & Kevin were kind and hospitable. Only wish the beaches were a little bit closer.

My family and I were moving from Vero to North Carolina and we needed a place to stay. Our first day of packing and having furniture moved was brutal. We worked from morning til night and we were exhausted! From the moment we stepped inside the cottage, we felt the comfort of home. The gift basket, beautiful card and toys for the dogs really cheered us up. Whether it was the hot showers, whirl tub bath or good night’s sleep, we forgot that we weren’t at home. The cleanliness was impeccable and everything we could of possibly needed was right there. All cooking essentials including a grill were available. We even got to enjoy fresh herbs from their pineapple garden. Kevin and Robyn could teach hospitality classes, as they didn’t miss a beat! They were the most generous, caring and gracious hosts that we have ever met. We will definitely come back to the beautiful pineapple oasis in the future.
