About this house rental
Cliff Diver House is a completely renovated 1950’s home in downtown San Antonio. This gorgeous 2nd floor, two bedroom, two bath home is beautifully furnished with whimsical hand painted furniture and tastefully decorated. The home has all new modern appliances, cable TV, Wifi, and private parking. Located only 1.5 blocks from the Riverwalk and a short walk to all downtown attractions. This home was renovated to be short term housing with all modern conveniences and amenities incorporated. Please enjoy!
The space
High Diver House is a beautifully renovated upstairs duplex conveniently located to all San Antonio downtown attractions. Our home is modern, with the preserved old-fashioned charm and free private parking. It is within 1.5 blocks to the Riverwalk entrance, a short walk to Pearl Brewery, Convention Center, Att Center, Majestic theater and Market Square. You can enjoy the Tower of the Americas and City lights from the porch patio table. There are several trendy restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our beds are brand new and comfy, along with a kitchen any chef would envy. Very easy access to the freeways. The home boasts all new appliances, Roku TVs, free WIFI and cable, coffee, shampoo dispensers, and a home security system. The doors have a unique code for easy 24 hour check in. This is an upstairs unit, so you will have to climb a flight of stairs. Please enjoy the comfort of our home!
We do have our short term housing permit for San Antonio.

This is a wonderful private, safe and secure home. The parking is exclusive to this unit and will accommodate two (2) large vehicles. There is additional street parking and a paid parking lot at the end of the block that will accommodate very large vehicles. The door locks, security system and and HVAC are operated with smartphones. There are backup mechanisms in place for those that do not have smartphones. The smart locks facilitate 24 access via the smartphone. There is never a need for guests to exchange keys or codes for entry. There is a full size washer and dryer. The backyard is shared space with a patio table and chairs.

The entire house, 318 and 320 Balitmore are short term rentals Both units "Vicky's Place" 320 the downstairs unit and "Cliff Diver House" 318 the upstairs unit are similar in size, amenities, and decor. If you are interested in booking both units of this home, check the availability and indicate so in the email. This is a mother daughter joint venture. We welcome guests to either or both units. Everything was super clean and exactly as described. Amenities are well thought out and all necessities were provided. The area is nice and the home is surprisingly close to a River Walk access.

This place is great! Location is great and the property was very comfortable. Love the porch. The beds were so comfortable we didn't want to get up to go see San Antonio!

Very spacious and clean accommodations. The beds are especially comfortable! We appreciated the modern kitchen with everything you could want. All questions were answered quickly and graciously. Home is in a quiet neighborhood that’s an easy drive to tourist highlights and great restaurants. Or about a 20-minute walk to downtown. Highly recommend.

We were in the heart of San Antonio. With in minutes of the Alamo. Walkable to the Riverwalk. Close to freeway access. This location flowed with the plan's we made. On top of that, the house was perfect for us. Spacious, relaxing after being out all day. We were able to unwind without feeling like we were on top of each other. All and all, bed were comfy, (even extra pillows). Rooms had fans that kept everything comfortable. 80-90 degree days. Everything was perfect. Cecile was reachable for the 1 small issue we had that was fixed in minutes. We would recommend this home 100 times over. Thank you guys for a great stay.
