Pad Two is a simple space, perfect for one or two guests. It has sleek and modern kitchenette, bathroom, and bedroom.
It was fully renovated in 2020 with a completely modernized kitchen and restored hardwood flooring. Includes a full sized stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, sink, toaster, blender, coffee pot and utensils.

I have stayed with Ginny at her Pad Properties now twice. I have experienced the spacious and very nice pad #1 Which has gorgeous high ceilings and a lovely view of the street. Pad 2 is very cozy and comfortable for a working traveler. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen and restroom amenities feel as if you are home. Not to mention the delicious coffee!!! If you need some room to move or have more than one person I recommend Pad 1. if you're in town for work or just passing through and need a very cozy comfortable place to stay Pad 2 is perfect. If possible I will only stay at the Lily Pads when in Keokuk.

Loved the space! Super convenient location. Beautifully remodeled. Super sensible setup for everything from the silverware to the Tupperware.
