Ride the trolley that runs the length of the island every 20 minutes to reach Times Square or Lovers Key State Park, a lush haven of hiking trails, picnic spots, and shoreline. The first thing you’ll notice when you pull up to Palm View is the rich vegetation, a true Garden of Eden in your own front yard. Walk up the stairs to enter the large handsomely decorated main living area. There’s plenty of seating including a queen-size couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa and a large HDTV with cable and a DVD player. You have a clear view of the kitchen and dining area from the living room, so you can easily keep everyone engaged in the conversation. Of course, with the vast number of restaurants close by, you won’t need to cook at all while on vacation if you don’t want to. However, you do have a kitchen that’s fully stocked with cookware, appliances, and serving ware so you can put together a meal at home any time you want. The dining table seats four, and there’s a handy breakfast bar for overflow. Outdoors you’ll find a table for four nestled amid the lush vegetation along with a gas grill for your cookouts. There’s also a covered seating area beneath the condo – all good places to enjoy the salty sea air.

Decent place, nice proximity to everything Fort Myers beach offers

We stayed here for 2 weeks and was happy with the location but the unit needs some updating for sure. No dishwasher for one. Limited glassware. Washer and dryer was outside underneath unit where the outdoor seating area was. Outdoor Furniture was old and dirty so didn’t use. Owner lived next door so was always observing. Couch was uncomfortable. No place to really sit outside and enjoy the day/night. Grill was dirty. It was also unclear about other tenants living in other parts of the house.
