This is a two bed, two bath, unit with whirlpool tub and walk-in shower in the Master bedroom, and a 2nd bedroom also with King bed and a full bath right outside the bedroom door. Pull out sofa that sleeps two. Plenty of room in the fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals, and spacious dining room with six seats at the table. Luggage cart available inside the condo for the exclusive use of owner's guests.

My family has vacationed in Pigeon Forge often over the years. This was absolutely the best Great Smoky Mountain vacation we have ever enjoyed. Big Bear Lodge 3005 had a great deal to do with our enjoyment of our vacation. It is the nicest condominium we have ever rented. There is plenty of cheerful natural light making its way into the condominium and the wrap around balcony is wonderful. We definitely will stay here again. Thank you to Brian McHugh for providing such a fantastic vacation rental!

The condo was great! Very clean and well kept. The kitchen was stocked fairly well. The appliances were new. The wrap-around deck was so nice with plenty of seating. The views were spectacular!! The sunsets were incredible! The host was great to work with. Very quick to respond to messages and also sent very helpful information including detailed directions to the property, parking, WiFi, TV, condo details, and great information for the area (things to to and restaurants to check out).

Kitchen was good. Didn’t use pool. Mattress in primary suite was awful. The rest of the condo was comfortable.
