Elea is a charming detached studio cottage nestled in a peaceful protected natural area, just a 10-minute walk from the sea. Surrounded by cypress trees, vineyards, fruit orchards, and gardens, it offers privacy, tranquility, and beautiful coastal views.
Ideal for couples or a small family (2 adults + 1 child), Elea features a comfortable open-plan living and sleeping area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, and a private outdoor terrace. The two larger maisonettes, Alba and Tramonto, are located on the same property approximately 30 metres away.
Within walking distance are restaurants, cafés, shops, and a wellness centre. Elea is the perfect base for a relaxing stay on Slovenia's beautiful Adriatic coast.

The apartment was modern and in good shape. The bed was fairly good. Messages with the owner was easy with whats app and she answered questions very quickly. Elea is advertised with sea view, but it does not have it.

Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Häuschens sind genial. Man wohnt mitten in der Natur, im Garten hat uns sogar ein Rehbock besucht, man kann direkt vom Haus loswandern, kann in kurzer Zeit die Moon-Bay zum Baden erreichen oder im herrlichen Piran bummeln oder gut essen gehen. Einfach toll!

Si vous cherchez le calme et la nature tout en étant près de la plage ( 10mn à pieds), si vous voulez être dans un hébergement hautement qualitatif ,alors il faut absolument choisir cette maisonnette au cœur de la verdure
La maisonnette est suffisamment éloignée de la villa Aurora
Ana est une propriétaire très réactive et très efficace
Le livret de conseils est très précieux
