Well located and nice owners

Just in the center of Sonhoften. Appartment is small but fully equipped and owners are really nice taking care of your stay. There is a washing room very practical and easy to use.

Old fashioned bathroom, very small kitchen and bed not very comfortable. It is a second floor with no lift and garage is -2 (a bit tricky to get in and out with a big car).

Appartment in Sonthofen

Das Apoartment strahlte ein angenehmes Ambiente aus. Es war mit allem Erforderlichen ( Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Fernseher, etc.) ausgestattet. Zudem gab es einen Tiefgaragenplatz. Der Fernseher enthielt Zugang zu Prime und Netflix. Außerhalb des Appartements war es ruhig. Gute Lage am Rand der City.

Die Zufahrt zu den beiden Parkdecks empfand ich als eng. Mit meinem Opel Crossland ging es gerade. Der Fernseher verfügte nicht über alle gängigen Sender. Die Bässe aus der Bar im EG/UG (?) war gut zu vernehmen. Zum Glück nur am freitagabend. Samstagabend war es ruhig.

Eine prima Unterkunft als Standort für aktiven Urlaub

Das Zimmer ist groß und hell, es hat eine praktische Aufteilung. Das Wichtigste ist vorhanden. Die Küchenzeile ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Man ist von der Einzimmerwohnung sofort im Zentrum von Sonthofen.

Die Tiefgarage liegt in einer Einbahnstraße! Die Kurven zum Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage sind Maßarbeit, sprich eng. Nimm das kleinere Auto! Von der Tiefgarage zur Wohnung im zweiten Stock, ist es eine Strecke. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Das Bad ist eng. Das Regal im Bad ist ungeschickt platziert.

Es war in der Unterkunft alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht.

Fernsehempfang war nicht möglich. Am letzten Abend vor der Abreise (Freitag) war von dem angrenzenden Lokal "Hexenkessel" die Musik bis in die frühen Morgenstunden so laut, dass wir kaum schlafen konnten.

Wegen der Bar sollte man am Wochenende nicht ohne Ohropax anreisen. Nicht für Kinder geeignet.

Es war sehr zentral. Wir sind mit dem Zug angereist und konnten alles problemlos zu Fuß erreichen, Schwimmbad, Restaurants auch das Schwimmbad.

Das Sofa hat kaputte Latten, das Bett wird in der Mitte gestützt, man rollt aber trotzdem in die Mitte. Das nervigste war aber die Bar unten, dessen Bass meinen Mann und mich bis 3 Uhr nachts wach gehalten hat. Wir waren mit 2 Kindern im Kindergartenalter unterwegs, das war dann extrem unangenehm und anstrengend. Die Küche ist nicht für Kinder geeignet, der Herd geht zu leicht an. Die Pflanzen sind auch nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet, nehmen zu viel Platz im kleinen Raum ein.
