About this house rental
Beautiful 135-meter house with several terraces, 3 bedrooms, a garden, private parking and a large terrace-solarium from which you will enjoy the best views of the sea and mountains of Agua Amarga. 360º panoramic!
On the upper floor are the two light-filled bedrooms, each with a sea-view balcony and an en-suite bathroom (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub).
The third bedroom is located on the ground floor next to the toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped to make your vacation easier: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, vitro, fridge, microwave and all the necessary utensils and crockery to enjoy cooking.
In the living room you have a television, sofa, armchairs, a large dining table and a wonderful fireplace perfect for enjoying winter evenings.
Communicated with the living room, the large garden porch perfect for summer meals in the shade of the wooden pergola. The house has private parking space and a small barbecue.
Just 3 minutes walk from the beach, you can enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful town of Agua Amarga and the beauty of the best beaches and coves of the Cabo de Gata Natural Park.

Maria was an excellent host, quick to respond to any questions we had about the property and surrounding area. A pleasure to deal with.The house was comfortably furnished and well equipped, ideally situated for beach, hiking and biking with plenty of outdoor space.

We loved staying in this pretty, whitewashed house covered with bougainvillea in flower. It was very clean, the well-equipped (though perhaps a few kitchen items need replacing, e.g. saucepans). The beds were very comfortable and the roof terrace was a great place to relax, with areas of shade and sun and nice views. We liked having breakfast and other meals at the table in the front garden. It was useful having a drive to park in, however it is quite narrow so easier to navigate with a small car. The location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to the town square and the beach. The landlord was very helpful throughout. Highly recommended.

Nice house, clean linens, good space. Only 2 sunloungers although there were 3 adults.
Some traffic noise.
Well equipped kitchen.

We wanted a quiet place by the sea and this was perfect. Agua Amarga is a beautiful place and in February/March many restaurants are closed but there are a few nice places open and a little grocery shop. There are great walks and beautiful little beaches to discover. We needed to light a fire every evening in February which was nice and cosy. However this wasn't neccessary in March. Maria Antonia our host was helpful and very quick to respond to any queries. Every week a lovely woman called Maria came, cleaned the house, so it was sparkling, made up the beds with clean bedding and left clean towels. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay at this time of year.
