Perfect place for a few a days in Nha Trang area, close to one of the main beaches, restaurants and other commodities. The apartment is spacious and has everything one needs for a couple of days. Hosts are very welcoming and helpfull - they helped us booking the bus to our next stop and you can rent a motorbike with them for a good price. They also let us use their facilities after check out while waiting for the bus. Everything was clean and tidy.
We rented the room with shared toilet which is not a problem at all for us, however the toilet sink is also used to wash plates and other kitchen utensils which leaves the sink a bit dirty and stinky (which then attracts mosquitos and other bugs). The toilet was cleaned every day and this was mostly because of other tenants rather than the host but it would be slightly better if this could be accommodated in a different way. I would still book it here anyways and this is more like a feedback Than a negative point.

Overall it's Great airbnb accommodation. this house located in local residential area not far from the beach and local markets. Ocean view from the rooftop balcony is highlight. This house offers free kitchen utensils, washing machines.
Hot water shower is not possible on rainy days because it uses a solar generator.

the women that owns the apartments is really nice and friendly, you can wash your clothes there or even cook and you have a really nice view and a really big balcony and the room is also very big with much space for your clothes. there’s a elevator that you don’t need to walk.
there were really a lot centipedes on the floor like really a lot one time I counted 15 there coming from outside but there so small that you can’t avoid that there coming in so I’m not a killer so I just watched them cause it doesn’t matter putting them outside once you turn around there a lot more there also in the bathroom there everywhere.
the bed is really hard that I couldn’t sit long on the bed and sleeping was a bit of trouble but I guess that’s my own comfort so not really a bad point just good to know before booking.
