This property had a homey feel to it and we were so comfortable. We also enjoyed all the extra chairs, towels and toiletries! It was also super nice to have come cleaning supplies readily available if need! Vince was also very accommodating when we wanted to add another night. We will for sure be back!
There was no water hose at the outside water spigot

Location was perfect walking distance to a private beach!
Minor repairs need to be made for the convenience/comfort of the guests....in the dining area only 1 bulb in the 5 bulb fan worked, ceiling fan in living room didn't work & light on the ceiling fan in the small bedroom didn't work. Unit didn't seem to be insulated very well and the AC ran constantly later in the day with it set on 72. Floors weren't cleaned very well in the kitchen.

Absolutely love the location. Literally steps to the beach which was super convenient. Great places to get coffee, breakfast/lunch, and ice cream all within walking distance. Had beach chairs, beach towels and beach toys. Bed was comfortable and they even included tooth brush kits, body wash and shampoo.
The a/c didn’t keep up it was hot during the day, luckily we spent the days at the beach. The first day it was super hot in the unit and it took a whole day to cool down. The water smelt a bit weird like there was sulfur in it. There were also ants on the window sills and a large roach in the closet. Luckily they had roach spray under the sink so we killed it.
