Our experience always top notch. Love the area so much. House is clean -house itself ready for some paint but absolutely stunning. You are so lucky. This property is just beautiful. I have stayed with you all many times-when I come here it is like coming home. I cannot thank all of you enough for making my vacation so very special every year-bringing my grown kids and grand babies here and watching them see the ocean for the first time-priceless memories.

We loved the location of the home and the space was phenomenal . The home itself is beautiful . With that being said I do not like to complain and I have rented 3 homes within the 2 blocks. The other 2 were great. One was rented through Elliott and one through Thomas .. this one again we went through Elliott. This house is too nice to have the lack of cleanliness with whomever supposedly cleans. The floors were so dirty and sandy we spent over three hours after purchasing mops and buckets to clean the floors. We had 2 small children with us and even after mopping …their feet stayed black from the floors and the area rug in the living room. I have video of how black the water was when we poured it out. There were boogers wiped on the wall on one of the first floor bedrooms and that room was dirty and smelled. There had been 2 air fresheners put in the ceiling vent. We never touched that room. We kept it locked so the kids wouldn’t go in. We found roaches in the house . We sent pics to a exterminator friend who said they were wood roaches. One was smashed in the floor in the laundry room that had been left when we checked in. There were dead ones on the windows and we killed 3 ourselves. There were batteries out of remote controls and light bulbs out. I say all this in hopes that this beautiful home can be brought up to cleanliness standards that would be worthy of the words “Luxury” rentals to be a true meaning.
