The cook of the group will love the fully-equipped kitchen with all the needed appliances and utensils to prepare delicious meals–it includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, waffle iron, and a microwave. The kitchen island adds more dining space with four stools meanwhile the dining table seats up to six lucky guests. The living room is a great place to gather and unwind with your family. The flatscreen TV in the entertainment center with a DVD player and cable will be perfect for movie nights. If things get cold, the stone gas fireplace and radiant floor heating will keep everyone warm. The living area also comes equipped with a ceiling fan, a sofa, two armchairs (one with a footstool), and an ottoman stool. Off the living room is the covered patio with a gas grill and four metal chairs surrounding the firepit. On this same level, you'll find a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs is where the bedrooms are located. One of the bedrooms offers a bunk bed with a TV, a drawer, a baseboard heat unit, a ceiling fan, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom has a closet, TV, drawer, ceiling fan, and a baseboard heat unit.
