KING'S LANDING ON EGGEMOGGIN REACH

Originally a land grant from the King of England in the early 1600's, King's Landing overlooks a private harbor that once served as a landing for passenger steamships. Just18 miles from Camden Harbor, home of one of the world's largest fleets of historic wooden schooners, guests may be treated to the sight of historic windjammers passing through, reminiscent of days gone by. Guests also have the use of three Private Association waterfront areas - an ocean dock, ocean bathing beach, and a lake beach on adjacent Walker Pond. The nearby Lookout Rock nature preserve has a mid-level walking trail, with more spectacular views of Eggemoggin Reach, Penobscot Bay, and the Camden Hills. King's Landing sits on a steep granite cliff and doesn't have waterfront access. There is no access for kayaking, swimming or walking along the shore at the property.
