Our family goes to “A Place At The Beach “ every summer. Our grandkids enjoy the beach and the pool. It’s a great place for families.

Amazing private beach was the best part, and use of the shibumi was so helpful for large shade coverage with east setup and take down. The condo had everything we needed. Inside the condo we had a separate space for the kids to sleep, comfortable master bedroom. The kitchen is small but still has everything you need to cook. The shower heads are low so tall people will really have to duck, but still great to have 2 showers both with great water pressure. The grounds have an indoor pool, outdoor pool with water slide, 2 hot tubs, grassy area with nets for soccer, putt putt, pickle ball, tennis court, and laundry facilities. The location is a very close to restaurants, shopping, and the bridge to the mainland. We would stay here again

We had a wonderful stay and cant wait to come back next year! I truly appreciate no carpet in a beach stay, the room was clean and tastefully decorated. There is no reason to leave the property once you show up.

We were a group of 3 older women. One has trouble climbing stairs and other mobility issues. The condo is on second floor, the pillows smelled very bad and one throw pillow had a big stain on it. The second bedroom was more suited to small kids, and not an adult, so for a family with children, it would work nicely. The tv remote in LR didn’t work properly probably just needed batteries. The towels were pretty worn out.
