Steps away from the Eiffel Tower in a modern apartment, located along a commercial district surrounded by hotels, shops and restaurants. The apartment is located on the main floor of a residential building and it is facing the street, which gives the home a beautiful view and a lot of natural light. My home is ideal for a group or family of 5, and is comprised of a large spacious living area with a sitting area, television and a fully equipped kitchen that capable of cooking a homestyle meal (or heat leftovers and takeout). Feel free and make use of the complimentary tea and coffee provided for your own pleasure.
The apartment is split into two floors; the top floor has the master bedroom with a personal wash-basin and queen-size bed. Downstairs (basement floor), you'll find a secondary room with 3 single beds. Hotel linens and bedsheets are provided for a comfortable rest.
There are 2 bathrooms shared throughout the bathroom that is equipped with the basics. Fresh towels, toiletries and a hair-dryer are provided at your convenience.
My home is cleaned and sanitised before your arrival.

The 7th arrondissement is renowned for its tourist attractions, such as the Eiffel Tower and the Hôtel des Invalides, but also for its magnificent museums, such as the Orsay Museum and the Rodin Museum. In addition, its residential areas are among the most popular in Paris, not just because many apartments in the 7th arrondissement offer breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. Always associated with the French nobility and aristocracy, the shape of this central district of Paris is very apt: it is that of a diamond. The arrondissement is surrounded by the Seine to the north, avenue de Suffren to the southwest and rue de Sèvres to the south-east. It is very well connected to the other districts of Paris by metro lines 6, 8, 10, 12 and 13 but also by the RER C. Therefore, it is ideal for a long stay in Paris, but it is also perfect for visit the city during the holidays.
The nearest stations to my home is the RER - Champs de Mars Tour Eiffel, and Metro Bir-Hakeim.
If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.

We had a great stay in Paris. You can see the top of the Eiffel Tower from the windows on the first floor. The apartment is located in line with businesses. The main level is street level. There are huge beautiful windows that look out, but makes you feel a little bit like you are in a window display, so we left the blinds closed. The lower level has 3 great twin beds and a sitting room. No windows on the lower level. The washer and dryer were wonderful, but take about 8 hours to complete 1 load.
