About this house rental
Upstairs apartment with elevator, comprising:
A large open-plan kitchen/living/dining area.
A bedroom with one queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) and two bunk beds (90 x 190 cm), storage unit.
A sofa bed (160 x 200 cm).
Bathroom: sink, shower, single sink, toilet.
A fully equipped kitchen.
Approximately 40 m².
Private terrace with garden furniture.
Maximum sleeping capacity: 4 adults and children.
This private rental includes shared access to the relaxation area (Jacuzzi, sauna, hammam) from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM during your stay, as well as the indoor and outdoor swimming pools (from late April to October).
The atmosphere here is one of peace, relaxation, and tranquility; therefore, birthdays, stag/hen parties, or any other event that might disturb the peace and quiet are not permitted.
Arrival/Departure:
Arrival is from 2 PM every day except Sunday.
Departure is from 8 AM to 10 AM every day except Sunday, when it is open until 7 PM.
The price includes:
Private accommodation for the number of adults and children indicated on the booking.
Bed linen including pillows, duvet, fitted sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcases.
Electricity and water consumption.
Shared access to the jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and swimming pool.
Private access to a storage room (mountain bikes, skis, etc.).
The price does not include:
Bath towels and hand towels.
Hand towels and dish towels.
End-of-stay cleaning (optional, at €65 if you do not wish to do it yourself).

Our rentals are located in Rochesson, a small, very quiet village located in the heart of the Hautes Vosges natural park. It is an ideal haven of peace for your holidays in the Vosges. It is only 10 minutes from Gérardmer and 15 minutes from La Bresse, two pleasant tourist towns.
This small mountain village is built at the bottom of a valley open from east to west, dug by a glacier. The village extends over a distance of 7 km, watered by the Bouchot, a fiery torrent when the snow melts or after a storm.
