Tranquility On The River Four -- EV #6041 townhouse

The location of the property was great. Amazing views from the backyard and the rooms. The kitchen was well equipped.

The mattresses were pretty uncomfortable.

Vacation rental was a perfect stay for family. Home had so much to offer, and very cozy. Close to town but located in a very quite location. Code was provided via text to get into the property and didn't have to wait for someone to hand keys over. Would highly recommend this place for a great Estes Park getaway!

The back door lock is not secure, and there were some things taken from the main bedroom on the first floor. No way to prove it as not cameras on the premises but there were other witnesses that the items left in the room where there before leaving and upon return they were gone.

Wish it had a newer coffee pot (Keurig) and throws to use while on the couch or the patio. It was 39 degrees and needed throws or blankets.

Location of the townhouse was perfect! It was very comfortable for 6 adults, plenty of room. Washer and dryer worked great and so glad we had one because we were not given enough towels and we had to wash every night.

Due to flight and drive, we arrived at the unit a couple of hours early, with a car full of groceries. I had to call the rental agent to see if we could get into the unit early since it was clean and ready. We were exhausted from a 5am CST flight to Denver and travel to Estes. We were told in no uncertain terms that we could go in and leave our groceries, but had to leave because there was to be NO occupancy until 4pm. we were exhausted and the unit was clean and ready and saw no reason why we couldn't be allowed early check-in. It was frustrating. I think the rental agent could have been more accommodating given our circumstances of being up and traveling since 230am CST. Have NEVER had this happen when traveling. Disappointing. There are a few quirks with this unit that need attention. First, the master bath shower head is horrible and does not work well. There were not enough towels; especially wash cloths - we were only give 4 washcloths and 3 hand towels. Had to wash towels every day on vacay which was not what I wanted to do. The screen slide doors on the front and back doors are a mess. Aside from not working well, the screen are mostly busted out at the bottom. With the heat wave we experienced in Estes Park, this was inconvenient as this unit does NOT offer fans downstairs except for the ceiling fan in the master bedroom, so leaving the doors open with the screen was challenging because of bugs and pending wildlife. The roll out windows in the den: One works and one does not; again, hampering getting air into the unit. BTW, this is a non-aircondition unit. The dishwasher comes completely from under the counter if you pull too hard, yikes! We love Estes Park visit almost every summer. I don't think we will entertain this unit or agent again.
