We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Ocean Dream. The staff was amazing. The hotel was spotless and the location was perfect. We could walk to everything. The pools were beautiful. The food was very good. We had a few minor maintenance issues and they addressed them immediately. This will be our go to place every time we go to Cancun!

Picture on Vrbo showed a ceiling fan, there wasn’t one, we don’t like sleeping with a/c on just air moving around. The room was clean. The pillows not so good, pools fantastic, ocean access awesome. For kitchen no dish towels or dish cloths, i couldn’t find any to buy. The restaurant and the service was awesome. We won’t come back. Was windy all the time and seaweed. Which everyone has
