Awesome location, breakfast and staff, but room smells cigarettes.

It’s in front of the beach and there’s s lot of sunbed free for the guess. It’s on a pedestrian street so it’s quiet. Breakfast was really good. Staff was very helpful and kind.

My room smells cigarettes and it was very tiny. I had only a roof window with a bad curtain, so it’s difficult to sleep in the morning because there’s a lot of sun light. Pillows and bed were not considered. Because it’s a pedestrian street, it was difficult to find the parking. Google map is not accurate because it proposes me a motorcycle way. You have to turn in the street near the city market.

The only good thing is that the hotel has its private beach. Other than that, the place is not recommended at all.

We had a tiny room in the 'attic', the water in the sink didn't drain off. I can't understand at all why this hotel deserves 4 stars, I have been to hostels that are better and nicer. We arrived unexpectedly late after midnight due to an accident on the way to Herceg Novi and had to carry our suitcase ourselves up to the 4th floor. The bedsheets weren't covered, we slept with clothes on. During breakfast, my mom asked for butter (!)and they replied that they didn't have at the moment. The breakfast choice is pretty slim in general and no good coffee. Th pictures of this accomodation are way better than the reality. All in all, totally not worth the money. Try to avoid it if possible.

Terrible

nothing from the service, but the sea .

After arrival we upgrade the room to another one, because the standard one was not acceptable. (we have to pay for it more than the price was given at the booking platform- we accepted ,have no other option) When we went into the room we realised that an AC near to the room is terrible noisy . We want to change the room but the stuff said no way, they know that in this room this is a real problem - the AC for the next level rooms are on this rooms wall, but they will stop them at night. After an hour in the night they switched again on and we can not sleep all night. The breakfast room is so small - 6 tables - that we can not get one for an hour, so we sat on the terrace on the other side of the street !!! without service so we have to serve ourself from the breakfast table trough the street . The orange juice and the coffee was undrinkable After the whole story I asked for a discount but they forgot to speak english.... Never again. Terrible hotel - its not a real hotel at all its a terrible guest house ...

I did not stay in the main building ,which I Had booked but away. . I had emailed them for a room at the front . They answered me ok. When I got there there were no rooms so I stayed further away.

Overpriced old hotel with uncomfortable beds

Pebble beach with crystal clear sea. Hotel is on the beach. There are wooden sunbeds with and umbrellas included in the price price of hotel services. Also, hotel offers a free parking for hotel guests. Restaurant has a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding mountains. The waiter Mirko who served us was very professional and friendly.

This four floors hotel is outdated with poor interior design and NO elevator. The room with three beds is so small that two people cannot pass each other. One person has to wait in the corner so the other can pass. There were a queen size bed and sofa bed, night stand, a small closet, frigirator and TV asqueezed into the tiny room. Not to mention there was no place to dry towels. Closet is not big enough for three people to put their clothes. Cable of one lamp on the night stand cannot reach power socket so it was useless. The mattresses and pillows were old, thin and in poor condition and very uncomfortable for sleep. The bathroom has no ventilation and the ceiling over shower is tilted so it is impossible to stay upright and take a shower, water pressure was quite weak while the water drainage was probably clogged so it took a long time for the water to drain. Breakfast was decently good (definitely not exceptional!!!) with variety of food. Overall this hotel is overpriced for the service they offer. There are many other hotels in this area that offer better services and are in much better condition for the same price.

My parents being above 70 - I booked for them - received the room on the 4th floor with NO elevator. They are fit, hence its not nice to put a retired couple on the 4th floor, making them climb every time!

close to the beach

very narrow street to get to it, the room was very old and outdated it was not like the pictures on their website some of the sockets were falling out of the walls the skirting board was falling off the walls the towels were so old they should have been replaced years ago, the bathroom was smelly and dark the shower had mould all around it and when we used the shower the water stayed in the shower tray so the drain was obviously blocked, the coffee and breakfast was ok

Very good place to stay with own restaurant by the seaside. Hotel beach with your own, dedicated sun umbrella and beds. Hotel placed just near own beach and seaside. Rooms clean comfy with small balcony.

Great value for money, nice hotel located at beautiful Boka bay, pebble beach with crystal clear water, peaceful corner, away from the crowd. We had breakfast included which was wholesome and plentiful. Though this may sound like a cliche-the staff is great, service is amazing, they made our stay a pleasure. Will visit again for sure.

Pros: Great and friendly staff, nice beach and beds, good food and restaurant, nice breakfast.

Cons: small room, tiny bathroom with shower hook broken and water collecting in tub, awful towels, poor TV channel choices. It was tolerable for 1 night stay.
