La ubicación, cerca de playas, pueblos, y la vez lo suficientemente lejos para tener tranquilidad y unas vistas a los montes muy bonitas. La casa tiene todo lo necesario, y un jardín que es una gozada, con su cenador cerrado con bbq y una mesa larga.

Tiene escalera de caracol que es un poco estrecha, se ve en las propias fotos de la casa, pero se puede entrar por el otro lado de la casa directamente a la segunda planta de las habitaciones.
