Convenient Ferienwohnung with beutiful view to Alpes

First of all, the view from the balcony is fantastic, more beautiful that in the available picture from the site. Spacious living room, well equipped kitchen, interesting design with those roof windows in the bedroom and bathroom, a lot of sunshine during the day. No issues with the parking, on the street, 10 m from the house. Easy and fast route to Salzburg, Christmas Market was our destination in each day of our stay. The host responded promptly at our requests. Thank you again!

In the first day it was a little cold in the apartment, probably nobody stay here in the previous day. Starting with the second day the temperature in the rooms was quit good, no complains. The lighting can be improved, in the evening the light is poor in the living and in bedroom.

Friendly host, cleanliness, location is as quiet as can be, there were even some toys (my 3yo daughter loved it). There are some markets and cheap gas stations not far away. The view is really nice. Clean air.

The bathroom illumination was poor, which made showering difficult after nightfall. During the day however, the illumination is splendid, due to the roof window.

Im ganzen war es aber ein Angenehmer Aufenhalt für einen guten Preis in einer wunderschönen Lage.

Gastgeber waren sehr nett und man hat auch den ein oder anderen Tipp bekommen über mögliche Ausflugsziele. Die Lage war wunderschön und wir haben es sehr genossen am Abend auf dem Balkon zu sitzen und die Paraglider zu beobachten. Die Rezessionen, dass man die Autobahn sehr laut hört, können wir nicht bestätigen. Der Ort war sehr ruhig und angenehm 😊

Da wir zu 4 waren musste jemand auf der Couch schlafen und diese war nicht sehr bequem. Mich persönlich hat das Dachfenster ohne Mückenschutz im Schlafzimmer ein bisschen gestört. Und dass es in jedem Schlafzimmer, trotz keiner großen Außentemperatur, recht warm war. Die Küchenausstattung ist nicht die Umfangreichste, aber kleine Gerichte kann man sich schon zubereiten. Die Pfannen waren leider schon sehr verkratzt und nicht mehr ganz so appetitlich.

mooie grote zolderkamer met balkon met uitzicht op de Alpen. zeer hygiënisch en comfortabel. ideale locatie voor een tussenstop in een rustig dorpje.

de parkeerplaats wordt grotendeels bezet door de bewoners zelf. parkeren met aanhanger niet ideaal.

Ein erholsames verlängertes Wochenende bei sonnigem Wetter in einer wunderschönen Gegend!

Die Ferienwohnung ist für Kurzreisen sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren zu Dritt und haben uns nur zum Frühstück versorgen müssen. Als Willkommensgruß wurde ein kleiner Stollen und eine Schale Süßes auf dem Tisch hinterlassen. Wir bekamen eine hervorragende Einweisung mit Tipps zu Ausflügen in der Umgebung. Wer kochen möchte, vermisst sicherlich etwas Ausstattung. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es leider keinen Schrank. Den dafür bereit gestellten Garderobenständer haben wir aufgrund der Enge rausgestellt. Ein paar Spiele wurden uns freundlicherweise auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt, um den Silvesterabend mit etwas Unterhaltung verbringen zu können. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen sehr schönen Kachelofen, den wir allerdings nicht in Betrieb genommen haben. Zum Fernsehen kann man leider nicht die bequeme Couch nehmen, da hierzu die Einrichtung verrückt werden müsste. Natürlich haben wir bei der Abreise was liegen gelassen. Die Vermieterin war so nett und hat uns ein Päckchen zugesandt.

rustige locatie, vlak bij A10 en op goede reisafstand van Salzburg en bergen. Fijn balkon met mooi uitzicht. Comfortabele keuken. Genoeg handdoeken.

De slaapbank heeft een hard matras.
