I definitely recommend it

In general the place was awesome - a great part of the city, easy to get and there is a parking in the nearby. The apartment was big and comfortable. And even when the host had forgotten to give us extra towels, he reacted in a second and brought some clean and soft ones. The bed with a view to the sea was great.

It was a bit noisy but it was due to the central location, so it was totally normal. And the shower head couldn't stay on its stand, so it could be fixed. But in general - the place is comfortable, clean and cosy.

My overall experience was perfect. The property is in the heart of Alexandroupoli.

The location and the settlement of the property was perfect. It was comfortable for a family with a baby. Parking is also available if you can find a place and it is very close.

Bath could be more equipped. The bathroom faucet needs to be repaired. It is working but could be better.

Absolutely top location. It doesn't get better than that. Amazing views from the apartment. Very cozy and luxurious. Kind and informative owners. We enjoyed our stay very much.

A comfortable place to relax!

The apartment is close to the beach and taverns and is completely equipped. A family could live here indefinitely, it has everything one needs in a house: oven, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, big fridge, dishes... everything. The furniture is new and modern, the floor has tiles that resemble wooden parquet. There is free wi-fi and a big AC. There is a free parking area next to this ap. and we were able to find a spot for 3 days. But then we were not that lucky and parked in a pay zone, near the beach, with €10 per day. The owner gave us all the details we needed on whatsapp and left a bottle of wine at home, as a welcome gift. Thank you, Dimitris, we had a very nice time here!

The apartment is very nice and comfortable. Big enough for three people which was us. Clean and with all the necessary comforts. There is also a large balcony where you can eat outside. The location is great, right in the city center and close to the seafront. Car parking is free and nearby. The owner is very kind and discreet. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great place in the heart of Alexandroupoli

Everything - the locations was top - right in the center of the lively narrows streets for food and drinks where the locals hang out in the evening, and from the bed you can see the ferries coming and going - the most romantic view! The apartment was very nice and clean, comfortable, spacious with a big kitchen and everything you need for short or longer stay, a nice and big terrace for morning coffe and evening wine before you head the night life just below. There's a lift so no worries that you are at the top floor. Communication with the host was also quick and easy. 5 min walk by the ferry port. We'd stay at this apartment always when we come back to Alexandroupoli.

You better first find a car parking near the house and then go by foot as the street is rather pedestrian, and the car is difficult to be parked between the caffes in front of the building, but the nearest parking is just 1-2 minutes away - you just need to put it in your google maps in advance.

Highly recommended!! Beautiful house, very modern, well equipped. Great welcoming from the owners, big balcony, elevator. Room enough for four people. Near the sea and the lighthouse.

Next to the apartment there was a live music event and got a bit noisy, but it could be one night thing.

Cozy apartment in the center of town with easy access to the Port and beautiful views.

So much care and thought to details. Lots of extra and excellent quality sheets, blankets, pillows. Super comfortable and large sofa bed in living room. Excellent location. Wonderful patio. Lots of appliances like waffle maker, espresso and blender. Thank you for the bottle of wine. Thank you for your quick response in delivering the oven pan so quickly upon request.

The mattress in the bedroom was a bit uncomfortable, but there were so many comfy blankets in the closet, this solved the problem.

Gorgeous, huge apartment with epic views and a lovely balcony.

This is a gorgeous apartment with lots of space and million dollar views!!! I felt like a Queen 👑 over looking the sea, right in the heart of the town. So conveniently located, we were able to walk from the bus station and then to the Port. I asked for extra sheets and they were promptly delivered. I love the large windows that open up in front. Nice large balcony on the other side of the apartment. The hosts were very kind.

The mattress in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. The couch in the living room, which opened up to a large bed was also uncomfortable. It seemed old and needed a replacement. Luckily, I used my camping mat on top, for extra comfort. Netflix wasn't working properly, maybe needed a manufacture reset. For the price, these things weren't a problem because you are getting a gorgeous space in a perfect location.

Top floor cozy apartment with nice views

Top floor location, excellent view from front bedroom and patio. Large patio with nice furniture and wiindws can be open for more panoramic views and afternoon sunshine. The kitchen was well equipped. Great appliances, washing machine, fridge, everything you need. Excellent suoer hosts who Were very quick to respond. We needed an oven pan, they ran out to buy one and deliver it immediately, b/c the other one had disappeared. The couch in the living room turns into a comfortable bed with one easy adjustment. Great TV. Lots of storage space.Lots of restaurants and stores within a stones throw. This would be a perfect launching off place for the ferry ⛴️. We were very comfortable here and would definitely return. Efharisto poli!! Very grateful

The apartment suited our needs really well. If there is anything, I would say the bed in the bedroom was a bit hard, but this problem was solved easily because there were plenty of cushy blankets to lay down on the bed which made it more comfortable. If I could choose, I would request stainless steel pans over non,-stick. Maybe a bit noisy at night, which is expected due to the spectacular location. A bit challenging to find front door, but with the pictures provided, the waitress at the taverna below was able to help show me the door. . Efharisto! Thank you!

Nicely decorated, perfectly located apart with a great host

The host, Giota, was great. She helped with many things during our stay. The apart is very nicely decorated. Kitchen appliances included both an espresso machine and a regular coffee machine. Location is perfect, very close to restaurants, seaside and the main street which has every kind of shop. We didn't move our car for the first 2 days. BTW, even though there is no dedicated parking, Giota very kindly helped us spotting a place in free location nearby.

Perfect location on the port, very clean and tidy, amazing host - really friendly and helpful! We could not open the door with the keys she gave us, but she immediately came back and gave us another pair. There were no blankets, but everything else was fine!

It is just one room (the whole apartment is a studio), a little bit noisy from bars downstairs, but perfect location.
