Location for beach and touristy activity is off the chart great. It is a bit older and could use some updating, but it was exactly what we expected. plenty of restaurants, mini/regular golf, history/museums, and tours all withing 30 minutes of drive time. The beach is less than 5 minutes by foot and absolutely beautiful. As long as they will take us, we will be back!

We come to St. Augustine yearly and this was our favorite stay so far. The condo contained everything you could possibly need. From beach gear to games plus everything else you could reasonably expect and more. Clean, quiet, low key and easy access to the beach, We were impressed and would love to return on our next visit.

This would have gotten higher marks if they had reasonable beds that didn’t sag in the middle or have a covering of the queen mattress by 2 old comforters covered with a fitted sheet. The rugs in the living room and bedrooms were old and felt grimy.
We did like being close to the beach and the kitchen was outfitted with enough pots and pans that made eating in easy which is important to us.
