About this house rental
Your vacation rental is part of a traditional old Breton farmhouse. This farmhouse, which consists of three vacation rentals, is attached to the owners’ home. Your entrance and shared garden are located on the opposite side from the owners’.
Come discover Cap Sizun in a unique setting: enjoy a terrace overlooking a large garden filled with flowers and trees, just 200 meters from the Goyen River and its hiking trails.
Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, gas stove, oven, and microwave) opening onto a living room with exposed stone walls, adding extra charm to the space. There’s also a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with walk-in closets: one with a double bed (140x190), the other with two single beds (90x190).
Just 1.6 km away is Pont-Croix, ranked as the second favorite village among the French in 2019.
There, you can dine at La Table de Lou and do your grocery shopping at Super U.
Just 2.5 km away, the port of Audierne and its shops offer an exceptional view. You can head to Capucins Beach or enjoy a bird show at the Aquashow (10 minutes by car).
Just 7.8 km away, you can visit the Menez Dregan Archaeological Center.
About 8.4 km away, you’ll find the ferry terminal for the crossing to the island of Sein, as well as the Cap Sizun Water Sports Center and its many activities.
11 km away, you’ll discover the “Grand Site de France” La Pointe du Raz and its cliffs.

A lovely quiet spot with easy walks along the river to Pont Croix and Audierne. Easy access to lovely beaches and a supermarket only 5 minutes away by car. Matheiu was great (little English), a fishermen who provided us with 2 prepared fresh lobsters. Andrew, the next door neighbour, speaks good English and gave us a lot of useful information and local history.
Gite was clean and well appointed. We loved it as did our dog, Charlie

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette location. Les propriétaires ont été attentifs à nos demandes, merci à eux ! La maison est conforme au descriptif du site internet. Elle est bien située, dans un hameau tranquille, des balades sont accessibles sans voiture sur chemins ou petites routes peu passantes, la mer est proche et les commerces accessibles.

Dans un cadre reposant mais tout près des commerces et de Audierne, ce gîte est agréable et confortable et surtout est très bien situé, au centre d'une multitude de lieux magnifiques à découvrir.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillant et disponibles et donnent de bons conseils.
