Beautiful views in comfortable apartment.

SüdFlügel is a lovely, large one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen. Additionally, there are two balconies with the apartment, and beautiful views to the mountains. A short way from the apartment, in Halsbach, there's a wonderful bakery and butcher (metzger), as well as an Aldi and Lidle stores very close by.

We prefer to walk into town, but the apartment was a bit too far for us to make the walk in and back. However, the main part of Traunstein, as well as the Wochinger Brewery, are very short drives.

Great views, location and overall very comfortable stay.

The view from the apartment is of the mountains, which is incredibly pleasant in the morning. You can also walk into town (~20 minutes but along a stream), or 5 min walk is a bakery, butcher and grocery store. That was a great surprise. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen/living room large. The host was very responsive when we were looking for some kitchen items. Wi-fi is also very fast throughout the apartment if you're working.

Not much - this was one of our better apartments. There is a family above you so it is a bit noisy with kids in the mornings if you like to sleep in/are a light sleeper, but that's not unreasonable I don't think. Plus the views more than make up for it.

Passable

The apartment is comfortable, clean, lots of daylight, modernly decorated. Parking in front of the house. Plenty of shops nearby and 15 minutes' walk from the center, which is great.

The only thing is that every morning around 6:30 the children from the neighboring apartment woke us up because they were getting ready for kindergarten/school. Even though the owners of the apartment asked the neighbors to be quiet, it lasted maybe two days out of the 14 that we spent there. We are aware that you cannot influence it because they are still only children, but it is up to us to write how we felt honestly. It would be nice to sleep at least until 7:30 in the morning. I won't mention the rest because there was a specific situation with the apartment below you, which was simply our bad luck. For an active vacation, I recommend it because you won't mind those little flaws, but it doesn't work for a family with a small child who has special needs. All the best to the owners and I hope you don't resent the honesty.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in Traunstein

Schöne große helle zentrale Wohnung - 20 min zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und haben jederzeit Tipps gegeben.

Sehr gute Lage mit bestmöglichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr schnell im Zentrum von Traunsteins . Die Ferienwohnung war ausreichend ausgestattet und lag in einer ruhigen Gegend

Erholsamer und schöner Urlaub in toller Landschaft mit gemütlicher Unterkunft!

Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb und war daher ruhig und der Aufenthalt erholsam. Da die Meinungen ja immer etwas auseinandergehen, wer was wie toll findet... Für uns war die Lage goldrichtig, die Aufteilung und Ausstattung für uns sehr gut. Sofern wir mit den Vermietern Kontakt hatten war dieser sehr herzlich, stets hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Wir hatten alles, was wir für einen Urlaub zu Zweit benötigten und ganz ehrlich, wer "ein Haar in der Suppe finden will" der wird auch Erfolg haben, wir haben weder eines gesucht noch fiel uns etwas Derartiges auf :-)! Besonders gut hat uns der Unterbringung unserer hochwertiges E-Bikes gefallen. Sehr sauber und gut sortiert, wer, wie ich ein MTB ohne eigenen Ständer dabei hat findet dort sogar welche zum sicheren Stellen! Da unserer Ansicht nach immer mehr Menschen mit den Bikes unterwegs sind vielleicht dieses Ausstattungsmerkmal in die Beschreibung der FeWo aufnehmen - Wir fanden diese außergewöhnlich gut - damit kann man gerne "werben" ;-)!

Lag gar an unseren Vermietern - im Hause sind zwei FeWo und während unseres Aufenthaltes fand ein Mieterwechsel statt... Soweit so gut und weniger erwähnenswert im Eigentlichen, nur der kleine Rasen hätte vielleicht nicht am Sonntag gemäht werden müssen... ein kurzer mündlicher Hinweis durch uns wurde ignoriert... Aber das waren eben andere Vermieter und dürfte kein "Dauerproblem sein".

Chiemsee und Berge

Wunderschöne, saubere, große Ferienwohnung, mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge! Vermieter hat mich persönlich herzlichst empfangen und die Schlüssel übergeben. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und hat die Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Auch das Bad lässt keine Wünsche offen, es verfügt über eine große Badewanne, sowie eine große Dusche! Im Wohnzimmer wartet ein großes bequemes Sofa, wo man es sich abends gemütlich machen kann. Auch das Bett war super bequem und es gibt genügend Kopfkissen, was ich persönlich sehr toll fand. Kurze Wege zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schnelle Anbindung zur Autobahn, wovon man schnell zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und anderen Ausflugszielen gelangt. Genügend Infomaterial lag in der Wohnung aus und der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar. Wir werden die Ferienwohnung definitiv nochmal aufsuchen und freuen uns auf den nächsten Urlaub da unten.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich,Die Küche hatte die neusten technischen Geräte (Herd,Geschirrspüler,Kühlschrank.Gefrierschrank,Komplett Geschirr)und alles,was man im Haushalt benötigt! Es ist sehr geräumig und liebevoll ausgestattet.Am Besten war der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge👍👍👍

Gepflegte und geräumige Ferienwohnung mit schönem Ausblick

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet und der Ausblick war super! Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Highlight waren die Kissen von emma und im Allgemeinen war das Bett sehr bequem.
